Before the holidays, we took part in a workshop and found out lots of fascinating facts about how to keep our bodies fit and healthy. We learnt about the contents of cigarettes and shisha and the effects they have on the body. We also learnt about the Eatwell Guide and that it divides the foods we eat and drink into five main food groups. We know that we must try to choose a variety of different foods from each of the groups to help us get the wide range of nutrients our bodies need to stay healthy.
